In this line of work, it is an accepted fact that despite the great service you may do, public recognition is not guaranteed. This page is an attempt to rectify this by displaying some of the most successful and esteemed Officers of the Imperial Security Bureau and noting their achievements.
ISB Colonel Yularen
"The Imperial Security Bureau pays attention to patterns. When the Empire's operations are targeted on an ongoing basis, it could signify something more than the theft of a few crates. It could signify the spark of rebellion. Next time they make a move, we'll be waiting for them, to snuff out that spark before it catches fire."
A war veteran of the now reformed Republic Navy, Wullf Yularen is an esteemed officer in the ISB. He is renowned for his impressive career in the Navy before his transfer to the Imperial Security Bureau. Now, he commands respect from his subordinates and is vital in the restoration of peace and order to the galaxy. When the Naval Intelligence Agency was folded under Imperial Intelligence, Colonel Yularen was made its Deputy Director, making him one of the few individuals in the Empire to belong to both major intelligence agencies simultaneously. It is even said that the fair Colonel even has ties with the Emperor himself and acts as a means of communication between his majesty and the ISB.
Lieutenant Supervisor Meero
"I don't like wasting time. But one must be careful. You pull in the net and the easy thing, the quick thing, is to assume that everything you've dragged to shore is a fish. I have colleagues who believe that's the prudent mindset in defence of the Empire. But I take a more nuanced view. I try."
Lieutenant Dedra Meero is the Supervisor of two sectors. She paid particularly close attention to the ongoings of said sectors, getting personally involved in incidents, such as the recent one in Steergard. As well as this, her determination and diligence led to the discovery of an organized rebel effort to steal Imperial assets. Recently, she was even granted supervision over the Morlana Sector so that she would be able to pursue a lead in her investigation. As well as this, the heavy influence she had on the ongoing investigation into the criminal puppeteer "axis" and his connection to the heist on Aldhani have made her one of the most renowned ISB officers ever.
ISB Major Partagaz
"Security is an illusion. You want security? Call the Navy. Launch a regiment of troopers. We are healthcare providers. We treat sickness. We identify symptoms. We locate germs whether they arise from within or have come from the outside. The longer we wait to identify a disorder, the harder it is to treat the disease."
Major Partagaz is the head of the ISB Board, the organized body comprised of ISB Supervisors so they could communicate and discuss matters relating to their sectors. Partagaz is renowned for being an excellent boss; understanding and aware of the complicated political landscape that he and his compatriots had to navigate. As well as this, Partagaz famously discouraged the squabbling and rivalry between his subordinates and would frequently silence arguments and excuses with facts and logic, ensuring every member of the board was operating efficiently and effectively.
Attendant Heert
"It's too random to be random."
The loyal Attendant to Lieutenant Supervisor Dedra Meero, Attendant Heert serves the Empire well, providing his superior with reassurance and building on her concepts. His devotion and intellect have led to the uncovering of organized efforts of rebellion. His confirmations of research, suggestions and alternate perspective proved invaluable during the investigations following the incidents on Ferrix.
